I know I committed to posting daily, but I skipped posting yesterday. I felt AWFUL. I was exhausted and couldn’t focus. I had serious brain fog and I couldn’t get warm! In addition, I had a headache that just kept getting worse and worse! I went straight home after work and fell asleep immediately.
When I woke up, my headache was so bad that I felt like I was going to throw up, so I immediately took two Aleve and laid back down. I felt almost instantly better! I kind of wish I would have taken it earlier in the day. It got me back on my feet so I was able to eat dinner and prep my food for today. I ate the exact same thing that I ate on the first day because I didn’t have time to prep any new food, except I had yogurt and fruit for a snack. I was kind of annoyed about having leftovers when I made some of the recipes in the guidebook, but now I am so thankful they were there!
Today I feel amazing! Actually, if I am truthful, I still am tired and still am a bit groggy, but I feel so good in comparison to yesterday that I am just so HAPPY! I ate yogurt a bit of maple syrup and oatmeal with blueberries for breakfast.

For lunch, I had a salad with a lentil-lime salad on the side.
I had Shakeology for a snack.
Dinner was a corn tortilla taco with rice, black beans, avocado (guac in my case). There was WAY more filling than just for one taco so it was plenty of food.

The food has been so good; I know I will be adding many of the recipes to my regular rotation of food once I am done. You can get just the food guide from Beachbody for about $15, totally worth it in my book!
Going to bed early to see if I can't help this brain fog!
